If you're not happy

Refunds, pauses, and parting ways. No conditions, no negotiation.

Our service guarantee is one sentence: if you're ever not happy, just say so.

Here's what that actually means.

Email or text us

Send a note to support@leadlockr.ai or text your account manager. Tell us what's not working. You don't have to write a formal complaint or fill out a survey. “I'm not happy and I want to cancel” is enough.

Option 1: Get your money back

  1. Refund your most recent month's payment, in full, to your original payment method
  2. Confirm cancellation in writing
  3. Keep your site live for 30 days while you transition
  4. Hand over anything we built for you — your domain, your content, your customer data

We don't try to win you back. We don't schedule a “save call.” We don't put you on a special pricing plan to keep you. If you're not happy, we'd rather you leave clean than stay frustrated.

Option 2: Keep everything you built

If you'd rather walk away with what we built instead of the refund, you can. Pick this and we keep your most recent month's payment, and within your 30-day window we get on a transfer call and hand everything over: your website moved onto your own hosting, your domain, your phone number ported to your own provider, and your data exported. We help you set it all up so it works on your own accounts.

It's one or the other. Take the refund and leave clean, or keep the month applied and leave with everything set up. Your call.

What we ask in return

One thing: a quick note about what didn't work. Not a survey, just an honest sentence or two. We use this to make the product better for the next contractor. You can write it on your way out the door.

What about earlier payments?

We refund your most recent month. We don't refund payments from earlier months because you got the service during those months. If you've been with us 6 months and you cancel, you get month 6 refunded. Months 1 through 5 you used the service for, and we billed for it fairly.

The build fee is non-refundable because the build is a one-time delivery and you got it. If we missed our 72-hour deadline on the build, you already got 50% off — there's nothing more to refund.

One exception

If something we did causes you measurable damage — your site goes down, your phone line stops working, your listings get suspended because of something we changed — we'll fix it on our dime and credit your account. That's not the same as not being satisfied; that's us screwing up. Tell us immediately so we can make it right.

We mean every word of this. We'd rather earn the business than keep it.
