LeadLockr billing is intentionally simple. No surprise charges, no auto-upgrades, no contracts.
The build fee
When you sign up, you pay the build fee. The build fee covers your full setup and your first 90 days of service. It's paid in two parts: 50% on the audit call when you commit, 50% at the launch call when we go live.
The first three Foundation spots ($499) are filled. The current build fee is $999, and it climbs $500 every three contractors until it reaches the $1,999 ceiling. Once it hits the ceiling, that's the price — it doesn't go up further.
If we miss the 72-hour delivery deadline, the second 50% is waived.
Recurring billing
Monthly recurring kicks in on Day 91. Foundation tier is $249/month.
Recurring billing is automatic. We charge the card you signed up with on the same day every month. You get an email receipt every charge. Use Lockr as much as you need to — your monthly fee covers your AI usage.
No free trial
The build fee covers your first 90 days. After Day 90, recurring starts. We don't offer a free trial because the build itself takes 72 hours, then the system needs 3 to 4 weeks of real-world usage to prove its value. A 7-day free trial wouldn't show you anything meaningful.
What we do offer: a satisfaction guarantee. If at any point you're not happy, tell us. We refund your last payment and part ways. No conditions, no checklist, no hard feelings.
Updating payment
Go to your dashboard, click your name in the top right, click Billing. You can update your card, change the billing email, or view your invoice history.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your dashboard billing settings. Your account pauses immediately, no recurring charges going forward.
Your site stays live for 30 days after cancellation. Your data stays accessible. After 30 days, the site comes down, but listings and any work we did for your business stay yours.
Upgrading tiers
When Growth and Scale tiers launch, Foundation customers get the lifetime upgrade discount. Whatever you paid for your Foundation build, when you upgrade you pay the new tier's price minus $2,000. So if Growth setup is $4,500 when you upgrade, you pay $2,500.
This works whether you originally paid $499 or $1,999 for your Foundation build. Early adopters keep the reward forever.
Every tier launches with its own build ladder, same as Foundation did. Growth ladder starts cheap and climbs as spots fill. Scale does the same.
